✅ Solution: You may already have an account. Try the 'Forgot Password' option or contact customer support to recover your existing account. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed.

✅ Solution: Check the rejection reason in your email. Common issues: blurry photos, cut-off corners, or documents older than 3 months. Retake clear photos and resubmit.

✅ Solution: Check your spam/junk folder first. If not there, try resending the verification email from your account or request a new one through customer support.

✅ Solution: Try a different username. Add numbers or underscores to make it unique. Avoid common usernames that are likely taken.

✅ Solution: If you started registration but forgot the password before completing, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. You'll receive a reset link via email.

✅ Solution: Your ID number suggests you're under 18. If this is incorrect, contact customer support with proof of your correct date of birth. Only people 18+ can register.

✅ Solution: Each phone number can only be linked to one account. If it's your number, contact support to verify ownership. You cannot use someone else's number.

✅ Solution: Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. Check your internet connection. If using the app, try uninstalling and reinstalling.

✅ Solution: Your address on the proof of address document must match what you entered during registration. Update your registration details to match your documents exactly.

✅ Solution: Wait a few minutes and refresh. For EFT, it can take up to a few hours. Keep your proof of payment. If it doesn't appear within 24 hours, contact support with the payment reference.
